Identify and outline your repeatable processes that can be established as stand-alone offers with competitive and profit advantage you can defend

Select the 1-3 most viable ones you identified and list how you can differentiate them from competitors and distinguish them to be perceived as uniquely high-quality and high-value

Name and outline steps towards creating a brand and marketing your new offer(s) by implementing strategies presented.
