Abstract Text:

Like it or not, to survive and thrive in our age of digital transformation, we have to do more with our existing skills and resources. This can only be possible with clarity about our purpose and unique brand position.

Whether you're a solo practitioner or running a global firm, you have ongoing struggles to build profits. From this session you will re-asses the services you offer with a fresh perspective on developing signature, branded offers. You will also learn how to differentiate yourself and break from the perception of your services as a commodity from competitors.

Review the services and products you currently provide and identify the ones that best address client problems and fill a specific, missing gap

Identify and outline your repeatable processes that can be established as stand-alone offers with competitive and profit advantage you can defend

Select the 1-3 most viable ones you identified and list how you can differentiate them from competitors and distinguish them to be perceived as uniquely high-quality and high-value
